Register with CV Warehaus

Step 1. Read our Terms of Service and FAQs carefully before you proceed to the next step.

Step 2. Formulate your Subject Line to include,

the service your wish to avail of (please refer to the LIST OF SERVICES AND PRICES)
the highlights of your career.
For example: Civil Engineer, 6 years UAE Experience, Driving License, NOC

Step 3. Email your CV, Application Letter and Subject Line to client@cvwarehaus.com with the statement "I have read and understood the FAQs and Terms of Use, and I agree to them." Follow the sample registration below.

Step 4. Wait for the email confirmation that your CV has been received. The email will contain payment instructions. Do not pay until you have received our email to go ahead.

Step 5. Pay. Your payment means that you agree to our FAQs and Terms of Use.

Your payment may reach us through these modes of payment:

1. Within UAE. Deposit your payment of Service Amount (for example AED 300.00) in any Emirates NBD/Emirates Islamic Bank ATM Deposit Machine. We recommend using the deposit machine since it generates a reference number uniquely your own.

2. Online Transfer. When applicable. Service Amount (for example AED 300.00) + Charges paid to our bank account.

3. Outside UAE. Pay to our bank account Service Amount (for example AED 300.00) + Charges through International Exchange centers.

Step 6. Email a copy of your receipt to payment@cvwarehaus.com. We will not be able to upload your CV without your payment receipt. Follow the sample payment email below. If you have any updates to your CV or Cover Letter, attach the updated versions with your email. Do not register again.

Step 7. Wait for payment confirmation from us. Once you have received this, your CV is already on queue and will be sent out accordingly as per the number of days indicated in the List of Services and Prices.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

We do not promise or ensure employment. We are simply an online CV forwarding service and we do not create miracles. Getting that job is entirely up to you.

One CV upload means one-time sending to the database equating to service amount. If you want to re-send, you will have to re-register and re-pay.

You may be on a visit visa and have a short time but there is a queue. No jumping of queue ensures we are fair to all paid clients. Register early to get uploaded early. Or avail of the EXPRESS Service.

Make sure your email address is professional and easily recognizable by employers. Use your own name firstname.lastname@email.com, for example: Ahmad.AlAssad@yahoo.com. Dont forget your mobile number in your CV.

CVs and cover/applicaton letters that are over 1MB will have a high chance of being automatically rejected by receipients' email addresses. Large files are usually filtered out, so keep the files size small.

CVs and cover/applicaton letters should be saved as firstname_lastname_CV.doc or .pdf / firstname_lastname_Letter.doc or .pdf.
For example: Ahmad_AlAssad_CV.doc
We recommend saving them as .doc or .pdf as they are easily accessible by any receipient's PCs.

Please give us two days before you follow up with your registration. Do not send your registration again as this will only flood our email and add to the delay in processing your registration.

CVWarehaus will not ask for other modes of payment except through the modes of payment stated here. If you receive any notice to the contrary, report it to us by sending an email to mail@cvwarehaus.com.

If you have additional details in your CV or have made some amendments that you want to include, send the updated CV or amendments along with the payment receipt. Do not register again.
